  • You can call, text, or email, or fill out our form on our home page! For $150, we’ll work with you on designing 3 variations of your custom piece. After the design is finalized, that $150 will go towards your 50% deposit, and we’ll put your project into our queue!

  • It all starts with a conversation. You bring us your ideas, dimensions, and material preferences, and we work together to sketch out a design. Once the design is finalized and a deposit is made, we select the perfect wood species and get to work crafting your piece. We’ll even keep you updated with build photos along the way!

  • Absolutely. Whether you have a fully rendered 3D model, a Pinterest mood board, or just rough dimensions on a napkin, we can work with you to bring that exact vision to life while ensuring it's structurally sound for a lifetime of use.

  • We specialize in high-quality domestic hardwoods, including Black Walnut, White Oak, Red Oak, Maple, and Cherry. We love working with local, sustainably sourced timber that highlights the natural beauty and unique grain patterns of the wood.

  • We use premium, all-natural oil and wax finishes; for projects that require more wear resistance, we recommend our high performance polyurethane, or 2k acrylic finishes. All of our custom projects receive a ceramic topcoat for an added protection.

  • Solid wood is a living material that responds to its environment. To keep it looking pristine, keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and maintain steady humidity in your home. Clean it with a damp microfiber cloth and a mild soap—avoid harsh chemical cleaners or aerosol furniture polishes.

  • We offer local delivery and white-glove setup right here in the greater Kansas City area. For clients outside of KC, we can arrange secure freight shipping for your piece. Reach out with your zip code for a shipping quote.

  • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in our build queue and purchase materials. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or pickup.

  • Yes. Every piece we build is backed by a 2-year structural and finish warranty, covering defects and materials under normal use. We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to creating furniture that lasts for generations.
